Temple Beverages

Temple is a beverage brand highlighting the key functional ingredient: turmeric.

This rebranding aimed to create a sleeker, clean, and modern look for the brand that could speak to a wider audience, while still holding true to the original brand ethos and customers. We updated the overall mission of the brand as well: to ignite intense vitality. This was our north star for all of the design updates.

The Work

Logo Design

In updating the logo, I wanted to stay true to the original mandala and message, while still cleaning up and modernizing the feel. The Mandala + Temple + “Rooted in Vitality” tagline is the primary logo to be used to introduce the brand as it contains a summary of the brand’s essence in one. The Mandala represents the brand values. This is followed by the brand name we want consumers to remember. And finally “Rooted in Vitality,” the optimal state we want consumers to achieve.

Brand Guidelines

Once the logo design was completed, we embarked on creating full brand guidelines that fall in line with this new update.
